New Ticket By Web Form


To create ticket by web form, click on New Support Ticket button.


Fill in the subject and detail description of the enquiry, then click on SUBMIT


You will receive email acknowledgement. Any follow ups or comment, please reply to this email directly, to avoid new ticket being created.

Check Ticket Status

Click on Check Ticket Status, which will show you a list of tickets. Click on the ticket to view details.


Add Comment To Ticket

Comment can be added directly to the ticket view, or by replying to the original ticket created email.


Receive Update

You will receive email if anyone replied to the ticket.

You will also receive email if new comment is added to the ticket.
